🔹 This Month’s Theme
September is a powerful month for action and awareness. It includes World Suicide Prevention Day (September 10), International Day of Charity (September 5), and broader observances such as National Suicide Prevention Month, Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Hunger Action Month, and National Sickle Cell Awareness Month.
These campaigns emphasize the importance of proactive care, mental health advocacy, and equitable access to support—all values that mirror the best of Greek life.
This makes it the perfect time to celebrate the compassion and leadership demonstrated by Greek letter organizations across the country.

2. University of Utah Promotes Suicide Prevention Awareness
In alignment with National Suicide Prevention Month, the University of Utah hosted a resource tabling session to help students access mental health support and guidance. While not hosted by a specific Greek chapter, the initiative reflects the kind of campus-wide service that Greek life frequently empowers and amplifies.
